He is the former restaurant scout for Jonathan Gold and his past work includes being the West Coast Editor and Staff Writer for Vice MUNCHIES. He is the co-author of Oaxaca: Home Cooking from the Heart of Mexico, the Editor in Chief of L.A. Taco, and an Associate Producer for ‘Las Cronicas del Taco’ on Netflix.
